本名（オプション）: あなたの投稿に自分の名前を残したいときなどに使うことができます。
電子メール（オプション）: あなたの電子メールアドレスを知られずに「この利用者にメールを送信」からメールを受け取れるようにします。また、あなたが「この利用者にメールを送信」でメールを送った時に相手にこのアドレスが通知されます。パスワード再発行の際にも使用します。
使用言語:（オプション）: インターフェースの言語を選択できます。変更した場合に、ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mediawiki:copyrightwarning など、警告やお知らせ、投稿者が表明・合意する内容などを規定する重要な文章も変更されますが、変更後も、日本語のインターフェースを利用している人に表示される文章が有効になることにあなたは同意するものとします。これらの文章の内容が変更された場合には、あなたが利用しているインターフェースの言語に関わらず、その変更はただちにあなたやあなたの投稿にも適用されることにあなたは同意します。以下に英語による同内容の説明が記されていますが、和文と英文との内容に食い違いがある場合には、和文の内容が優先されることにあなたは同意します。以上の諸点いずれかひとつにでも同意できない方はこの機能をご利用しないようお願いします。

By using this option, you agree all of the following four points: (1) Even after the change in your interface language, the interface texts such as ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mediawiki:copyrightwarning that appear to the users with Japanese language interface will remain the valid texts that define important agreements, warning, your expressed intent, and other important issues regarding you and your contributions to Japanese Wikipedia. (2) Texts in other languages are not valid. (3) When changes are made to those Japanese texts, they immediately apply to you as well, even if you are using the interface in other languages. You must check back the Japanese interface texts often to ramain updated. (4) The same explanation is given in Japanese in the above, and in case of conflicts between the two, the Japanese explanation overrides this English one. Please do not use this option if you cannot agree with any of these four points.
